ANNOUNCEMENTS

Our Speakers Program on June 2nd will be a combined program with the 
regional Muscular Sclerosis support group.  Alice Yeager, AHAA Founder 
and President will be presenting an overview of the various healing 
arts and sciences treatments available for Multiple Sclerosis as well 
as other neuro-muscular disease states. See details under Monthly 
Programs below.


Two Part Global Teleconference Event All are invited to 
join us for a two part global teleconference event honoring the 
founding fathers and mothers of mind-body medicine as part of our 
special 11th Anniversary Inner Peace Treaty™ Events. Our panel will be

C. Norman Shealy, MD, PhD neurosurgeon, lecturer and teacher has 
authored over 280 scientific publications, including 21 books. He has 
appeared on numerous national TV programs, including The Tomorrow 
Show, The Joan Rivers program, Geraldo, Good Morning, America, the 
Today Show, Oprah, the Wisdom Channel, and scores of regional and 
local television and radio programs. Since 1971 he has lectured 
worldwide at hundreds of medical schools, universities, hospitals and 
churches. He is the Founding President of the American Holistic 
Medical Association.  Dr. Shealy also founded the Holos Institutes of 
Health Inc. a non-profit organization for research and education and 
serves as Professor Emeritus at Greenwich University. In 1999, Dr. 
Shealy retired from actively seeing patients, and spends his time now

Brooke Medicine Eagle is an American native Earthkeeper, Earth wisdom 
teacher, visionary, sacred ecologist and rainbow medicine woman. She 
has spent 35 years traveling and teaching ancient truths about how to 
live a fully human life in sustained harmony with All Our Relations as 
we approach the crossroads into the Golden Age. Brooke considers 
herself a catalyst for healing and expresses this healing path through 
her songwriting and singing as a harmonist recording artist. She is 
the author of the classic Buffalo Woman Comes Singing, a spiritual 
autobiography and lessons for all people. Her latest book, The Last 
Ghost Dance, offers a global, visionary view on how to live in 
harmony. She walks the beauty path in a way combines non-traditional 
Earth Wisdom with a strong dedication to learning from the ancient 
voices which speak through Mother Earth and Father Spirit.  Her work 
actively demonstrates her close relationship with Nature, which she 
puts in to practice at her FlowerSong Garden Sanctuary in the Okanogan

Bernie Siegel, MD surgeon, author and lecturer. In 1986 his first 
book, Love. Medicine & Miracles became a landmark best seller followed 
by Peace, Love & Healing in 1989 and in 1993 How To Live Between 
Office Visits.  He has published numerous other books, videos, tapes 
and CD's with the goal of humanizing medical education and medical 
care, as well as, empowering patients and teaching survival behavior 
to enhance immune system competency. Dr. Siegel believes that the 
power to heal comes from the human mind through will, determination, 
and love. Over the last 20 years, his philosophy and advice have led 
many physicians and other healthcare professionals to help patients

Jon Mundy, Ph.D.,  is an author, lecturer and, as Dr. Baba Jon 
Mundane, a standup philosophical comedian. He’s been teaching 
university courses in Philosophy and Religion since 1967. He is the 
publisher of Miracles magazine; the author of eight books; and Senior 
Minister Emeritus of Interfaith Fellowship with services in Cami Hall 
across from Carnegie Hall in New York City. He met Dr. Helen Schucman 
the scribe of A Course in Miracles in 1973. Helen served as Jon’s 
mentor until she became ill in 1980.  Dr. Mundy will offer us a 
historical perspective on the founding forefathers during the American 
Revolutionary War and Peace Treaty of 1783 period of American

Inner Peace Treaty™ 11th Anniversary

All are invited to join in our special 11th Anniversary event in honor 
of our forefather's vision of peace for us all on Father's Day, 
Sunday, June 21, 2009.  This will include presentations by the Peace 
Nouvella Players™ ensemble of performing artists as an internet 
experience in dialogue with others around the world.  Also included 
will be video and audio taped inner peace treaties offered by founding 
fathers and mothers in the field of mind-body medicine.  We invite you 
to join us via our website in advance of the event by visiting our 
Inner Peace Treaty™  webpage and adding your name as part of the on-
going Inner Peace Treaty™ ratification process.  These events will 
also include presentations our Peace Nouvella Players™ creative and 
performing arts.

TITLE  Healing Arts Approaches for Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis

DESCRIPTION  AHAA Founder and President will provide and overview of 
the various healing arts and sciences treatments available for 
Multiple Sclerosis as well as other neuro-muscular disease states.  
This will be a combined program with the regional Muscular Sclerosis 
support group.  Come with your questions as an opportunity to engage 
in dialogue with others on a healing path.  Alice Yeager will cover 
the use of modalities such meditation, subtle energy, massage and 
other forms of body work, homeopathy, acupuncture, exercise and diet. 
Her one and half hour presentation will include time for interactive 
discussion about these topics as they apply to a personalized 
treatment plan. As a lecturer, teacher and practitioner Alice is well 
versed in a variety of modalities with a speciality in subtle energy,

Peace Programs
AHAA sponsors regional and international educational programs. Our 
international programs include the Inner Peace Treaty™ and Peace 
Pulse™ expanding thought projects and the Peace Nouvella Players™ 
performing and creative arts ensemble, as part of a comprehensive 
educational program called Peace Nouvella™.  We encourage individuals 
and groups to actively participate in our educational programs to co-
create greater inner and outer peace in the world.

reviews are being held for our performing and creative arts ensemble.

DESCRIPTION This introductory class will help you become aware of your 
inner resources by fostering a conscious consistent awareness of your 
whole "higher" Self.  The seeker and seer in you can awaken you to 
your own inner Teacher that is one with the source of all creation.  
As you begin to trust this as a loving aware Presence within us all, a 
greater moment-to-moment self-confidence emerges.  This awareness 
allows you to access, discern and evaluate both inner and outer 
guidance as demonstration of our oneness.  This may occur initially as 
flashes of insight, peacefully profound states of interconnectedness, 
peak experiences of heightened awarenesses and inspired creative 
expression.  Through demonstrations, experiential exercises and group 
discussion this workshop will help you develop increased "sixth sense" 
abilities.  With practice these can become heightened multi-sensory 
"clair" (clear) abilities such as clairvoyance, clairaudience and 
clairscentience.  As these become an on-going inner process of 
accessing our shared Mind then greater synchronicity and a joyful flow 
of grace and ease can occur in your life.

the Hands Healing Techniques introductory course.   The exercises are 
designed for individuals, couples and as a group are to further 
develop greater hands healing skills and a heightened awareness of 
subtle energy multi-sensory abilities.  You will be shown how to use 
your hands as an extension of your mind to direct energy flows in and 
around the body.  This includes in-depth practices of sending and 
receiving healing to others and yourself.   Numerous subtle energy

DESCRIPTION: Peace Nouvella™  is an international educational 
peacebuilding project that I have been following inner guidance about 
since 1994. This experiential presentation is co-creatively designed 
as an introduction to the Peace Nouvella™ comprehensive course of 
study.  Individual and group participation includes lecture, 
discussion and experiential exercises.  The words Peace Nouvella mean 
"a new peace scripted in the heart, co-authored with God". This co-
authorship involves connecting with the highest aspects of your being 
for personal growth, healing and creative expression.  Further in-
depth study includes; meditation, inner peacebuilding, intuition and a 
subtle energy training and a hands healing practice called the Peace 
Pulse™.  It also includes the creative arts for healing through: 
journaling, art, music, theater and storytelling. The full training 
includes opportunities for skills development as a professional Peace

COMMUNITY NEWS
Practitioners are sought to participate in a regional healing arts and 
sciences center designed to offer a variety of resources to the 
community.  They would include: shared practitioner space, healing 
arts educational programs,  and a creative and performing arts center

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL NEWS
The Institute of Noetic Sciences produces a quarterly magazine and e-
newsletter for members with weekly telecasts sponsored by their Shift 
in Action program. As the regional AHAA-IONS study   group we 
recommend participating in these weekly Shift in Action teleconference
